Private Family Consultations
Throughout our life time we make a lot of important decisions that can have a great impact on our lives. Most of the time we have “experts” available to help guide us through the process. For example people such as: financial advisers, attorneys, and real estate agents, all have the experience and knowledge to assist us when needed. Their expertise can help us avoid pitfalls and costly mistakes we might make if doing things alone.
Anyone who has searched for senior care on their own, will tell you that not only is the process physically and emotionally exhausting, but often times end with families questioning whether they really explored all of their options and truly found the best fit for their loved one….at a fair price.
To better serve families, we have also developed a local network of professionals willing to advise us on the questions and situations caregivers come to us with for help. Our network consists of professionals such as: social workers, nurses, doctors, hospital administrators, elder law attorneys, in-home care providers, and long term care administrators.
Employee Information and Referral services
The cost to U.S. business from the lost productivity of employees caring for elderly family members is more than $33 billion per year. Experts say the companies that will thrive in the future will adapt to this reality by implementing or strengthening HR policies and practices that improve both the bottom line and the lives of employee caregivers.
Seniorcare Compare offers Utah companies simple solutions by providing their employees a plan giving them free access to senior care advisors who can assist them in resolving caregiver problems quicker and with less interruptions in their work schedule.
Training and Consultation Services
We contract with providers such as; assisted living facilities, Nursing Homes, and Home Health agencies to provide VA (Aid and Attendance) and Medicaid (New Choices Waiver) training to their Admissions and Social Worker personnel. This helps employees feel confident that the information they provide to families is correct and up to date. Also assists in keeping companies in compliance with Federal and State guidelines when counseling seniors and their families on applying for different programs.
